We are a supplier founded in 2003 and headquartered in Shenzhen, China, focusing on three core areas: supply chain management, technical solution support, and custom R&D. 03. What products do you mainly offer?

Adhering to a design philosophy that combines tradition and innovation, we offer a variety of new mobile phone cases, card holders, and NFC series products (such as NFC phone cases and NFC card holders), as well as tracker series products (including trackers, tracker card holders, tracker luggage tags, and tracker passport pouches), providing customers with more choices.

04. Which industries are your products suitable for?

Our products are widely used by brand companies, cross-border e-commerce sellers, and offline supermarkets/retail stores in various countries. We have cooperated with well-known brands such as Daiso Korea, Cathay Pacific (Hong Kong), and Telmex (Mexico), jointly creating many successful cases. Our online presence covers platforms such as Global Sources, Temu, and Made-in-China.com, and we have also built our own independent website and social media channels on various platforms.

05. Do you support custom manufacturing?

Yes. We provide comprehensive custom manufacturing services (OEM/ODM), covering product design, R&D, injection molding, production, assembly, testing, and other supporting services. We also provide original equipment (OE) and customized (OD) solutions for related products. With rich experience in custom projects, we can offer full one-stop services from design to mass production.

06. What should I do if I want to customize a logo?

First, please send us your high-resolution logo file. We will prepare a mock-up/sketch for you to confirm the logo position and size. Then we will produce 1–2 samples for you to confirm the actual effect. After sample approval, mass production can begin. We offer multiple logo processes: color injection molding, metal laser engraving, UV printing, silk-screen printing, heat transfer printing, and label application.

07. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) and production lead time?

In-stock products (no customization): MOQ 100 pieces; lead time 10 days; samples available within 3 days; fast shipping supported.

Customized products (logo provided + process confirmation + packaging printing): MOQ to be discussed; lead time 25 days; samples available within 3–5 days.

Products requiring new mold development: The specific lead time will be confirmed according to order quantity and production schedule. During development, we will maintain close communication to ensure the final product meets design and functional requirements. Expedited production can be provided upon request; please consult our sales team for details.

08. How do you ensure product quality?

We have established a comprehensive mechanism for supplier selection, evaluation, auditing, and performance management. We also have a team of experienced quality engineers and software engineers to ensure product quality in all aspects.

09. What certificates do you have?

Certifications such as CE, RoHS, FCC, KC, BSCI, and 3C are available for some models. Many styles are patented. For additional local certification documents, please contact us for confirmation.

10. Can I design the packaging for the products?

Yes. We offer customized packaging services, such as gift boxes, display boxes, or other packaging designs.

11. How do we start cooperation?

1. Submit an inquiry: Send us your product requirements (model, color, quantity, customization requirements).
2. Confirm quotation and solution: We will provide a quotation and packaging solution based on your requirements.
3. Sample confirmation: We provide existing samples or custom prototypes for your approval of appearance and function.
4. Place order and pay deposit: Confirm the details, pay the deposit, and arrange production.
5. Mass production: Produce according to the approved sample and cooperate with quality inspection.
6. Balance payment and shipment: Settle the balance after production is completed, and arrange shipment and export.
